Joe went to the local primary & secondary schools and has lived & worked on the Farm all of his life in Old Dalby

Although his farming activities have decreased over the years, he has actively taken the opportunity to serve as a local magistrate (retired 2006) & now represents circa 12000 electors on the MBC & LCC. Recently Joe has joined the Leicestershire Police Authority where he has been appointed to lead on Anti Social Behaviour

Although Joe does not have a lot of spare time, he enjoys following his lifetime passions of ‘Leicester Tigers and Nottingham Forest.’
